So here is a precis of some of the work we have been doing in recent months: -
Our expert Private Investigators have been engaged in several complex investigations, involving historic sexual offences, blackmail, theft and fraud.
Our Brand Protection Team have been exceptionally busy and have undertaken a major anti-counterfeit operation for our clients Paddington & Co / Studio Canal, protecting the IP Rights of the much-loved character Paddington Bear, we conducted numerous covert reconnaissance’s throughout Central London and with the help of our colleagues in various Trading Standards carried out enforcement visits on over 30 locations, seizing 1000’s of
infringing merchandise, ultimately identifying the manufacturers and seizing items used in the production of these counterfeits. We also protected these rights worldwide online, removing infringements from various selling platforms.
We worked hard for our clients https://www.trapworldwide.org protecting the IP rights working for some of the biggest names in music, film, TV, art and sport.
We carried out numerous raids all over UK. Recently concluded a major investigation in the north of England raiding a manufacturing factory and warehouse, that was engaged in the production of counterfeit 3D Images, two 40-foot containers were needed to take away the infringing items. Also, in the west country we identified and raided a major eBay seller that was manufacturing 1000’s of counterfeit music merchandise and selling globally.
Our brand protection work is always busy, working for some of the biggest brands in the world, we monitor the marketplace, using undercover and surveillance specialists to identify locations manufacturing and mass selling high quality counterfeits. Very recently concluded an investigation by carrying out enforcement action with our colleagues from PIPCU (City of London Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit) on a major retailer in Camden where over £2 million worth of designer clothes, shoes, leatherware and watches were seized, involving 34 different brands.
Our Electronic Countermeasures Engineer has also been busy these past few months and carried out six major sweeps of large commercial premises.
Our Security Consultant has carried out extensive security surveys on large corporate buildings, and also continues to carry out monthly vehicle load security checks all over UK for our clients https://www.speedyservices.com
Our Surveillance Teams have worked particularly hard these past few months, carrying out successful operations all over UK, involving cheating partners, accident injury and long-term corporate surveillance.
